Creekside

Located in San Marcos, the 214-acre Creekside Promenade was a $11.6 million mixed-use development completed in two phases. The first phase consisted of 3-story buildings with ground floor retail. The second phase included a 6-building apartment community with 22 units and main floor neighborhood amenities like a learning center, lavish kitchen, business center, exercise facility, and media room. Our work transformed this large lot into a vibrant new promenade with retail and residential spaces.
